Sweet Smelling Plants

Anyone know what this sweet burst of flowers is? I'll give you a clue, it's an herb. Another clue? You use both the leaves and the seeds. I've never paid too much attention to the flowers, though. Aren't they the most wonderfully designed clusters of flowers and blossoms? I think so.
